Brava Bambini’s first priority is customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 10 days of the invoice date for a full refund less delivery charges.
Should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of the item less delivery charges, upon receipt and authentication of fault. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
If you have purchased an item that’s the wrong size or colour, you can contact us to arrange an exchange. Please note that delivery charges will apply to exchanges and all requests for exchanges must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
All items for refund or exchange must be unworn and unused, with labels and any packaging seals intact. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Brava Bambini reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Returns or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of items.
